If a commitment isn't met, the 30-day clock pauses. Custom work is final, because it's built for you alone.

No. Boddy is software plus a setup, not a management service. The system takes the repetitive work; your team keeps the decisions.
Because a small portfolio needs the same hosting, maintenance and support as a bigger one. The minimum covers that base; beyond it, you pay per door.
Yes, anytime. Like any subscription: you cancel, and it stops at the end of the period you've already paid for (the month, or the year if you prepaid). No penalty, no prorated refund.
Hosted in Canada. You own all of it and can leave with your complete content, in an open format. We sign a data processing agreement with you (Quebec’s Law 25 and PIPEDA).
