We build your system from the way you work, at a price you know up front. Once it's in production, we run it for you: support, AI, hosting, backups and improvements. No hourly rate.

The support response time is a service level, not a guarantee. The employee portal, email reading and take-off are only added once proven. Prices in Canadian dollars, taxes extra.
How it works
It's a service: support, operated AI (AI costs included), ongoing improvements, hosting, backups and your price lists kept up to date. It starts at go-live, not before.
40% at signing, 30% when you hand over your access, 30% at go-live. For the Large tier, the same schedule applies to each batch.
They're counted from when you hand over all your access and your data. Your start date is scheduled at signing, based on the spots available that quarter.
A setup specialist takes on only one Medium or Large per quarter. When the quarter's spots are taken, your start date moves to the next quarter.

No annual prepayment discount. Take-off isn't offered until it's proven.
The three guarantees
We guarantee what Boddy controls: delivery, the rerun of your bids and the exit of your data.
1 · Delivery
5 weeks (Small), 12 weeks (Medium), 24 weeks at most (Large), counted from when you hand over all your access. Otherwise, we credit you 1 month of Boddy Operated for every 2 weeks of delay, up to 3 months.
2 · Rerun · Medium and Large
We reproduce your last 10 bids with the estimating engine. Until your estimator approves them, we recalibrate, at no charge.
3 · Exit
A complete export of your data, on request and at no charge. You're never held hostage.
We don't guarantee time saved, win rates or revenue: those depend on you and your market. And a product rule, not a guarantee: nothing goes out without approval from someone on your team.

Questions
Because you need to know up front what it costs. The tiers, the options and Day Zero are all fixed-price. If it takes us longer than planned, that's our problem, not yours.
Start with Day Zero: $3,500, one day on site with the people who'll use the system. We come out of it with the right tier, and the amount is credited in full toward your setup.
Support, operated AI with its costs included, ongoing improvements, hosting, backups and your price lists kept up to date. Plus the improvements included with your tier: 1 per quarter (Small), 1 per month (Medium) or 2 per month (Large).
No. Your estimating engine is built from your own workbook. Accounting integration (QuickBooks Online or Sage 50) is included in Large, and offered as an option at $6,400 for the other tiers.
No. The AI prepares the estimate; someone on your team approves it. Nothing goes out without that approval.
Hosted in Canada. You stay the owner of everything, and you can ask for a complete export at any time, at no charge. Some services (email, AI) go through U.S. providers, named in our privacy policy.
